Instructions
1. Prepare Your Spreadsheet: Ensure your spreadsheet includes columns for Course Name, Last Name, First Name, ID, and Assignment Name.
2. Upload Files and Spreadsheet: First, click "Upload Spreadsheet" to select your .xls or .xlsx file containing student data. Next, use "Upload Files" to add your batch of files. Supported file types are .txt, .pdf, .docx, .jpg, .jpeg, .png, and .gif.
3. Select Folder with Subfolders (Optional): You can use the "Select Folder" option to upload an entire folder containing files in subfolders. The app will recursively search for files.
4. Customize the File Naming Order: Use the draggable buttons to set the desired file naming order (e.g., Last Name, First Name). Double-click any button to exclude it from the file naming convention if desired.
5. Process and Download: Click "Process and Download ZIP" to rename and compress files based on the spreadsheet data and selected naming order. A ZIP file will be generated for download.
6. Review Unmatched Files: Any files that do not match student data or are unsupported file types will appear in the unmatched files list for review.
