A CTC-approved, two-year induction program is the preferred pathway to securing a California Clear Multiple and/or Single Subject teaching credential.

Program Requirements
- Possession of a Level 1 or preliminary credential, currently employed as a teacher and working with a core group of students throughout the school year.
- Demonstrate classroom application of California Standards for the Teaching Professional.
- Use of LMS for Online content delivery and program resources.
- Collaborate with a mentor/lead mentor

Tuition
- $3,600 for the 2024-2025 program year. A $300 one-time non-refundable application fee is due for all year one candidates and all year two candidates, who are new to the OCDE consortium.

- Payment plan (Payments of $1200 are due on 10/01/24, 02/01/25, 04/01/25)
